For business owners who rent their premises, Cape Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) offer property administration services aimed at meeting the needs of tenants. Cape Corporate Real Estate is a Cape Town based company that advises on strategies for the acquisition of new space and the continuing management (including letting and funding issues arising from business requirements) of occupied premises and increasingly on the formulation of strategy for the development and disposal of surplus land for our corporate real estate clients.

My role was to design a contemporary real estate logo for the company. The idea was that the logo design should capture the contemporary culture in Cape Town as well as communicate the age-old beauty that is found in and around Cape Town.
